Fire Alaram
Smoke Detectors
Description
Smoke detectors are designed to detect smoke particles caused by fire and provide early warning. They are widely used in offices, homes, warehouses, and commercial complexes.
Types:
- Ionization Smoke Detector (for flaming fires)
- Photoelectric Smoke Detector (for smoldering fires)
- Multi-sensor Detector (combined detection for high reliability)
Technical Specifications:
- Operating Voltage: 9–32 V DC
- Standby Current: ≤ 50 µA
- Alarm Current: ≤ 80 mA
- Sensitivity: 0.15 – 0.30 dB/m
- Alarm Indication: Red LED with relay output / addressable loop
- Standards: UL 268 / EN 54-7
Heat Detectors
Description
Heat detectors sense abnormal rise in temperature and activate the alarm. Suitable for kitchens, boiler rooms, and areas with high dust or steam where smoke detectors may not be effective.
Types:
- Fixed Temperature Heat Detector (57°C / 68°C / 79°C / 90°C)
- Rate-of-Rise Heat Detector (responds to sudden temperature increase)
Technical Specifications:
- Voltage: 12–28 V DC
- Standby Current: ≤ 45 µA
- Alarm Current: ≤ 60 mA
- Temperature Rating: 57°C, 68°C, 79°C, 90°C
- Standards: EN 54-5 / UL 521
Flame Detectors
Description
Heat detectors sense abnormal rise in temperature and activate the alarm. Suitable for kitchens, boiler rooms, and areas with high dust or steam where smoke detectors may not be effective.
Types:

- Rate-of-Rise Heat Detector (responds to sudden temperature increase)
Technical Specifications:
- Voltage: 12–28 V DC
- Standby Current: ≤ 45 µA
- Alarm Current: ≤ 60 mA
- Temperature Rating: 57°C, 68°C, 79°C, 90°C
- Standards: EN 54-5 / UL 521
Manual Call Point (MCP)
Description
Manual call points (also called break-glass units) allow people to manually raise a fire alarm by pressing or breaking the glass in case of emergency.
Technical Specifications:
- Voltage: 12–30 V DC
- Contact: Normally Open / Normally Closed
- Reset: Key-resettable
- Operating Temp: -10°C to +55°C
- Protection: IP 24 / IP 65 (outdoor models)
- Standards: EN 54-11
Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP)
Description
The control panel is the central hub of the fire alarm system, receiving signals from detectors and activating alarms. Available in conventional and addressable models.
Technical Specifications:
- Power Supply: 230 V AC, 50 Hz
- Backup: 24 V DC (sealed lead acid batteries)
- Zones: 2 / 4 / 8 / 16 (conventional), up to 250 devices per loop (addressable)
- Display: LCD / LED indicators
- Event Memory: 1000+ events
- Standards: EN 54-2 / IS 2189
Sounders & Strobes
Description
Sounders and strobes provide audible and visual alerts during fire alarms. Used in commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
Technical Specifications:
- Operating Voltage: 12–28 V DC
- Sound Output: 90–110 dB @ 1m
- Strobe Flash Intensity: 1–1.5 Joules
- Flash Rate: 60–120 flashes per minute
- Protection: IP 54 / IP 65 (weatherproof)
- Standards: EN 54-3
Beam Detectors
Description
Beam detectors use infrared beams to detect smoke across large open areas such as warehouses, auditoriums, and factories.
Technical Specifications:
- Range: 10 m – 100 m
- Operating Voltage: 24 V DC
- Alarm Output: Relay / Addressable loop
- Alignment: Auto-alignment with receiver & transmitter
- Standards: EN 54-12
